Bukas May Umaga is a story of triumph in struggling for inner freedom and in search for justice of women violently victimized by raped. Rosal (Maye Tonco) and Dahlia (Rizza Rossini) two sisters living in an unsophisticated yet ambitious lifestyle. They sell fresh Balut eggs to earn an income. Until one day their dreams shattered when the only son of the barrio chairman Vermon (Shanghai) sexually molested Rosal. The case was brought to the court in quest for fair dealing. Meanwhile Gavino (Mark Dionisio) tried to revenge on the felon but unknown to many he also an evil desire on her sister-in-law.
Asep, Hilman, and Didi are village boys who go to Jakarta to study at the university. Their departure is blessed by the whole village who puts a lot of hope on them to one day improve the welfare of the village. In Jakarta, they live in a big house belonging to Didi’s uncle, that is next to a strippers’ boarding house. Salma, Lolyta, and Memey are strippers living in the boarding house. Memey is at an early stage of pregnancy, out of wedlock, so Salma and Lolyta intend to trap a man for her. They then find Asep. and accuses him of impregnating Memey. Meanwhile, Lolyta becomes closer to Didi and Hilman becomes closer with Salma.

Alex Alonzo, Carlo's current girlfriend and the show's host tries to calm him down and encourage him to ignore Doreen. During their stay in Siquijor nothing odd happens in the island so Carlo decided to stage a possession because they're running out of time. But like a catalyst- as soon as they've finished shooting the pseudo-possession and went back to Manila- strange things start to happen to each members of the team. Carlo probes into the events and digs deeper into their footages with the help of his editor Neil. As he does, a whirlwind of chilling mystery ensues steadily building up into a hell-raising finale.
