Kay was a victim of domestic rift. His parents forced her to the mental hospital because she had nearly killed a young man who was her mom’s mistresses. Aldo frustrated because of his desire to be a musician hindered by his limitation: deafness. Joe, a former drug addict, suffered a nervous breakdown after the death of her best friend. Joe believed that his friend transformed into a bonsai cactus that was always carried wherever he went .
Initiated by Kay who is not insane, the three escape the hospital. On the run, they find the body of a woman with a suitcase full of money. Kay et al take the suitcase and leaves the dead woman.
They stay in a motel outside of town. Then a bunch of people pop up. Those people intend to take a suitcase of money. The people who act with no mercy, force Kay cs to defend themselves. Unexpectedly two men from other groups emerge and also intend to seize the money suitcase. The two groups attack each other.
The death toll is falling, included the motel owner, Aldo and Joe is also killed. Kay still persists and sneaks into the car of gang leader who manages to take a suitcase of money. The boss of the pack know where Kay, and orders to shot her.
