This TimeAva Buhay, 21, who is ever loyal with her childhood best friend, Coby Martinez, 21, hopes that one day their special friendship will turn into a beautiful romance. However, the time they get to see each other is only during summer vacation. Until one summer, Coby needs to go to U.S to help his grandfather, Lolo Melchor, find his long lost love, Ofelia. Hence, this is the last time they’re going to see each other. This long distance “just friends” relationship lasts for years. Because of this, the chance to have a romantic relationship becomes elusive for both of them. After three years, fortunately, they get a chance to see each other again during Ava’s Japan trip. While Ava is up for an art workshop in Japan, Coby and Lolo Melchor are set to search for Ofelia. In this quest of love of Lolo Melchor, could this also be the right time for Coby and Ava to admit what they truly feel for each other? Dibawah Lindungan Ka'bahHamid, a smart, pious, poor young man with courtesy, lives among the family of Hajj Jaffar, a benevolent, pious person who never discriminate people based on social standing and wealth. Hamid highly respects the family and considers Hajj Jaffar as his own father. Likewise, Hajj Jaffar considers him, fatherless, as his own son. Hajj Jaffar puts Hamid in a reputable school. In return, Mak Hamid, Hamid’s mother, works for Hajj Jaffar’s family. Hamid’s relationship with Mak Asiah, Hajj Jaffar’s wife, and their only daughter, Zainab, is also on good terms. Zainab even considers him as her own brother. Everything is in harmony until one day love grows between Hamid and Zainab. Both can’t deny it even when their love becomes forbidden one since both are not equal. Hamid thinks he makes no mistakes by loving her, trying to be close to Zainab. However, he has to pay the price as a Hajj Jaffar’s relative, wanting to wed his nephew to Zainab, puts slander on him. Hamid is ousted from the kampong. In exile, Hamid works hard so that he’s appointed as a company’s clerk. But beyond that, his life keeps on taking tragic turns. Hajj Jaffar and Mak Hamid whom he loves pass away. And then Mak Asiah asks for his help to persuade Zainab to marry a man she’s been matched with, which Hamid does with a heavy heart. Afterward he travels to the holy land of Mekkah. Beneath the Ka’bah he prays and departs this life. Zainab is so brokenhearted that her health declines. She finally dies still keeping her promise: only to marry and be married with the one who loves her and is loved by her, that is Hamid.
