The tangled relationships within Easter and North’s friend group begin to stir once again. ‘Easter’ who attend the university in the north of Thailand intentionally. He hopes to find a new place to erase the memories about his ex-relationship which ended unclearly. But who will think that in this university he will meet with ‘Hill’ his ex-relationship again. And it is the beginning of the relationship that will not be ending in the same way ever. At the same time his roommate ‘North’, also faces the chaos because he was drunk and caused a quarrel then woke up with the debt. But it could be more chaotic because the god just sent him a flirtatious and very spoiled creditor ‘Johan’. So, the stories of these roommates have begun among the laughter of the friends from Art club like ‘Typhoon’ and ‘Dao-Tok’. Also with the senior medical students ‘Tonfah’ and ‘Arthit’. Their friendship in this university and the love stories will be their memorable notes for a long time.

"Po" (Est Supha) has just been dumped by his boyfriend, "Earn," who tells him, "You’re not as successful as I am." Po swears to himself that he will never meet someone like Earn again.  However, his job as a documentary director leads him to meet "Thame" (William Jakrapatr), the leader of the number-one idol group MARS. Thame is planning to leave his members behind to pursue success alone in Korea, causing the group to disband. Po labels Thame as no different from Earn.

	However, the more Po gets to know Thame as a “human”, not an “idol,” he realizes Thame isn’t the person he believes him to be. Thus, Po wants to reunite Thame with his friends, including “Nano” (Lego Rapeepong). “Jun” (Nut Thanat), “Dylan” (Hong Pichetpong) and “Pepper” (Tui Chayatorn). As Po works to bring MARS back together, he unexpectedly falls in love with Thame, fully aware that idols can’t be in relationships… and this feeling might become an obstacle for the group.

	But what if Thame wants to love Po? If Thame doesn’t care about those rules and chooses to love Po anyway, could the world really fall apart? Let’s root for them in the series “ThamePo HEART THAT SKIPS A BEAT”

Ming and Kit will have to learn to develop and mature in their relationship, while Forth and Beam will also settle down and progress in theirs. 
Two couples from the novel "The Ambassador" are also being included in this sequel. Their storylines are more along with the "rival to lovers" sort of scenario. One of the pair includes Suthee, the medicine moon.
