「創造営2021」はテンセントビデオより出品して、国際青年文化交流男団を養成するバラエティである。新時代の国際青年の音楽舞台表現力、青春の活力と奮闘向上力を十分に表すことに力を尽くす。様々な国、様々なブローカー会社と大学の学生約百人を集めて、模範的な先輩の指導と助力を基づいて、一緒に文化と専門的な交流を行い、リストラを乗り越えて挑戦を迎え、一緒に夢を追う。
