Mai Lingjing, a deaf housewife, seems to have an ideal life: a perfect husband, Wang Shiming, and a sweet bosom friend, Su Xi. However, her seemingly happy life is shattered into pieces when she accidentally regains her hearing. It turns out that her beloved husband has been cheating on her with her best friend, and the two are planning something horrible together.
