Bimurh is a story of humanity, born out of extreme brutality, nourished by empathy. A story of hope and despair, it takes the viewer inside the head of a dome (person who dissects corpses for post mortem), stunned (bimurh) by the sheer brutality through which the corpse in front of him met his end, the corpse of nine-year-old Rakib, killed through insertion of a high-pressure air nozzle in his rectum. Even though Domes are usually desensitizes to brutal scenes due to the nature of their work and intoxication, still he could not handle the sight in front him and the viewer is plunged inside his head, which in utter disarray is desperately trying to find any meaning out of this senseless brutality. This film personifies the mental turmoil of the bewildered and horrified masses, stunned (bimurh) by repeated brutality against children in unimaginable forms.
