Dominic Da Vinci (Nicholas Campbell) has been elected Mayor of the city in a convincing win. And so begins Da Vinci's City Hall, the new one-hour dramatic series that has evolved from the hit drama Da Vinci's Inquest. Da Vinci's City Hall opens a new chapter in the life of outspoken and troublesome Dominic Da Vinci. Well know as a man who advocates change, a disruption of the status quo, his foray into city politics will upset the "old boys' network" that has held the city in its grasp for the last one hundred year. While investigating the power of politics and the politics of power, Da Vinci's City Hall takes us into a world of back room deals and manipulative intrigue, of misinformation sun by disinformation experts, as various interest groups jockey and manoeuvre their way to achieve their positions of power and influence....

Kosmo and Finn investigate the police shooting of a recovering mental patient. Leary links two missing aboriginal boys to skeletal remains found in the woods....
