"Stella goes to Malaysia’s Smallest state, Perlis. Her mission is to look for the famous “harumanis” mangoes and learn Tarian Canggung, which is the local traditional dance in Perlis. On her journey, Stella stops to a few locations including the scenic Kampung Ujung Bukit and experiences Kampung life with the help of Pak Saad the village head at Kampung Ujung Bukit. Stella was also invited to experience a traditional Malay wedding, from preparing the food to serving it to the guest. "Stella comes to Kedah to mainly see how the traditional malay headgear “tengkolok” is made for this, she calls at Tok Mustafa’s house in Alor Setar. She later goes to Kampung Pisang in rural Jitra to meet with a village elder who later thought her the Kedah dialect. Stella also went to a farmer’s market to see the local farm produce and learn what the local folks are selling and buying. While staying at her foster parent’s house, stella learn the Kedah dialect and a little history about the state. Stella spend her last day in Kedah sowing padi seeds and learning the ways at a padi field which Kedah is really famous for."...

"In the Penang episode, Stella goes to Kampung Telok Bahang and spends some time with a malay fisherman community. She learns the origins of the word Pulau Pinang and spend sometime at a local’s house. Her main mission in Penang is also to learn the “boria” which is a form of line dancing and chorus singing. She meets her teacher at P.Ramlee memorial house, which is also an important location for those who knows and adores the Late Tan Sri P.Ramlee who is Malaysia’s foremost flmaker, director and songwriter."...

"The Perak episode features Stella’s gastronomic journey into the unique Perak cuisine. She starts with visiting a favorite restaurant in Kuala Kangsar. She also experiences the local’s mode of transport to cross the mighty Perak river. Stella is also introduced to the Perak royal history when she visited Istana Kenangan. Within that short trip, Stella also learns the malay art of embroidery or “tekat” which is uniquely a Perak art form. In Kampung Sayong, Stella went to Pak Andak’s house to learn how to make the famous “Labu Sayong” or an earthenware art form made by hand."...

"Kelantan is famous for its Wau or Traditional Kite and diverse cuisines. Stella goes to see Pak Pie in Kota Baru, Kelantan to see how a “wau” is made. Kelantan is also famous for its “batik” or painted or dyed fabric with floral or graphics patterns. Stella tries her hand at drawing batik with some help. On her way, she meets a family that is willing to take her in for her stay in Kelantan. Stellas learns how to prepare the Nasi Kerabu, a local delicacy which is a rice dish and plays with the family’s pet monkey. Stella tries to learn the Kelantanese Dialect as she was fascinated by the fact that most local ethnic Chinese in Kota Baru is able to speak the dialect fluently."...

Stella goes to another East Coast (Peninsular) State on a mission to learn how to weave “Kain Songket” which is a form of tapestry treasured by all malays in Malaysia. Terengganu, among others, is famous for its fine and inractely designed Songkets. Stella visits the Famous Losong area, notorious for its keropok lekor a famous snack similar to a sausage. She even tries her hand at making it. Stella’s plans in Terengganu is side tracked when she discovers Pulau Kapas. She decies to take the short boat ride to get to Pulau Kapas....

"Stella goes to the Borneo Island and in this episode she visits Stella checks in to her adopted parents house in Kuching during the Hari raya celebrations. Stella is amazed at how the malays in Kuching spends their Hari Raya. She observes the “Berjarah” or the customary way of visiting friends and relatives during Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Stella was also invited to witness and be part of a traditional malay wedding where she is introduced to the ‘watikah’ and ‘adat bertekul’ In this episode also, Stella was pleasantly surprised when a busker spontaneously wrote and performed a song for her!"...

"In Sabah, Stella went to Kota Belud. The heartland of the Bajau and the scenic town where one can see the peak of Mount Kinabalu. Stella went to the local tamu where she met a traditional knife maker or parang maker. She was taken in by the family where she celebrated Hari Raya, the Kota Belud style. Stella is introduced to Bajau culture where the horse plays an important role to the tribe. Stella was also exposed to the eco-tourism side of Kota Belud through her scuba diving stint in the nearby Pandan Pandan Island. Stella ended her tour of Sabah by taking a river cruise to see 2 of the most treasured fauna of Sabah: the firefly and the proboscis monkey."...

Stella goes to the largest state on the peninsular, Pahang. She goes to Kuala Lipis and meets “Abang Alan” who stays near the Jelai River that plies through Kuala Lipis. Here she learns that a type of fish called “ikan Patin” is loved by the locals. Stella goes fishing for the Patin fish with Abang Alan. Later, stella helps Abang Alan prepares Gulai Tempoyak and a few other traditional Pahang cuisines. In Kuala LIpis, Stella is also brought into the culture through an elderly couple she meets. Coincidently the couple owns a Patin fish pond....

Stella goes to Melaka! The small state that was the seat of power for Malaysia in the 14th century. Stella observes the Baba and Nyonya culture and its relevancy to the Malay culture. She went looking for an avenue to participate in “dondang sayang” which is a type of singing in Bahasa Melayu usually done by the ethnic Chinese or Baba and Nyonya of Melaka. Stella visits the replica of old Malay ‘Istana” and learns the hierarchy in the Malay Sultanate. She learns that the Baba and Nyonya after being in the country for more than 10 generations has embraced the malay culture totally. Stella is also introduced to the Melaka dialect which is very distinct....

In Negeri Sembilan, Stella is introduced to the Adat Pepatih culture. She goes to Rembau to experience “Mantai” one day before Hari Raya Aidilfitri, the Malays’s biggest religious festival. While in Kampung Gadong, Rembau Stella was also invited to help with preparations for Hari Raya. While at the kampung, Stella learns some Negeri Sembilan Dialect which is quite distinct. In this episode we can also see how Stella persevered after trying to fast for a whole day....

Stella visits the capital city of Malaysia. In KL, Stella sets her mission to learn and experience what “Silat” is to the malays. For this she visits Kampung Baru, the only enclave that still has an authentic traditional Malay houses. Even as a city dweller, stella has never been exposed to Kampung Baru. Stella realizes the fact that in KL, the malay population comes from all over the country therefore the culture is mixed and diverse. Stella later took the audience around to see what makes the city the capital city of Malaysia....
