Over the next eight action-packed weeks six rookies will battle it out in a series of skills sessions and points challenges. It’s Dirt Vs Road and The Ultimate Rider will need to master both surfaces to claim top spot. And, surprise eliminations could end their dream at any time. 500cc World Championship victor, Daryl Beattie and Top Rider Coach, Bernie Hatton will watch the rookies every move as they compete for the cash prize of $20,000 Only one contender can be Insure My Ride’s The Ultimate Rider – who will it be? In this episode the rookie’s take on their first challenge – a motorkhana, which will test their ability to control and steer a bike at speed. Each contestant will ride against the clock to complete the course. The judges will be watching every move. Could someone go home after just one day?...

It’s Week 2 on The Ultimate Rider and the rookies are hitting the track in a series of hotlaps. In this challenge the rookies will face 3 laps on tar and 3 laps on dirt. The times will be added together to form an aggregate total. Fastest time wins. First they must negotiate the infamous crash corner on the angulating and unforgiving road track. Then we finally get to see the rookies hit the dirt track for the first time, and the game changes. Sophie has quickly become the one to beat on the road, but can she follow in her famous dad’s footsteps and also become queen of the dirt? The speed and noise of the dirt track excite the judges as the trills and spills of The Ultimate Rider heat up! Who will take top points and announce themselves as the one to beat? Who will excel on dirt? Who will crumble under the pressure?...

Last week our rookies went hard in the hotlaps challenge, this week is a little different. It’s Dirt Vs Road and The Ultimate Rider will need to master both surfaces to claim top spot and take the $20,000 prize. And, surprise eliminations could end their dream at any time. It’s Week 3 and the rookies start the day in a Start Skills session with the legend himself, Daryl Beattie. The rookies race each other to find a contender to take on Daryl. The series business is back on the road this week in a gymkhana, who will tame the tricky course and take the points? Daryl Beattie: Jakey Ralph, where do I start, you know I continue to laugh because he is a show man, he is really a showman. And will this week be an elimination?...

It’s Week 4 on The Ultimate Rider. In an Ultimate Rider first, the rookies will race side by side against each other in pairs. The pressure is huge as the judges decide there will be a surprise elimination. And the twist? The rookies wont know until the points are revealed later in the day. DARYL: ‘We haven't told the rookies yet that this is an elimination round this is more pressure than the last week cause they are in pairings on the dirt.’ After a random draw, the rookies are paired up in a series of Match Races. Last week Brayden Elliott crashed in the Gymkhana – he will be looking for redemption this week as gets back on his favoured dirt track. Sophie Lovett had a meltdown in Week Two’s Hotlap challenge – how will she cope this time? And finally, what will the loose unit, Jake Ralph do this time? There will be thrills and spills. Laughter and tears as the rookies race each other for points and to avoid elimination. All will be revealed in Episode 4 of The Ultimate Rider....

It’s Week 5 on Insure My Rides The Ultimate Rider. The rookies are unsure of their destination when they hit the road and head towards Melbourne. It’s Motocross….and dirt tracker Brayden Elliot is very nervous about his first jump. Honda Motocross rider, Ryan Mitchell, joins the rookies to give them a class ‘Jumps’ & ‘Berms’. Last week Jake Ralph lost the confidence of MotoGP Legend, Daryl Beattie, when he crashed on his sighting laps. Will he keep it together on the Motocross circuit? The oldest rookie, Ben Henry, needs to get off the bottom of the ladder, but is Motocross where he will pull it off? Who will shine on the track this week? And will Brayden make that first jump. There will be thrills and spills. Laughter and tears as the rookies race each other for points and to avoid elimination. All will be revealed in Episode 5 of Insure My Rides The Ultimate Rider....

It’s Week 6 on The Ultimate Rider. After five weeks of tough competition, the leader board is tight, with only one point separating the top four rookies. This week the five remaining rookies will battle it out for only four spots in next week’s semi- final. One rookie will be sent home. First up, the rookies face their most physical challenge yet with a beep test. With so much on the line, the riders are all desperate for an edge, making the challenge as much of a mental battle, as it is physical. Then the rookies will need to muster whatever they have left in the tank to complete a timed endurance circuit. Will wild-child Jake Ralph be able to regain his focus after narrowly avoiding elimination last week? Can bottom placed Ben Henry win enough points to stay in the competition? But most importantly, which rookie will be sent home?...

It’s Week 7 on The Ultimate Rider, and it’s finals time! At the end of this week’s challenge one more rider will be eliminated. The remaining three will go through to the Grand Final. After a skills challenge tests the rookie’s tyre changing ability, things get serious with a Super Motard challenge, designed to test the rookie’s dirt, road and motocross riding skills. But there’s a twist-the judges have a new rule up their sleeves that will change the game. After narrowly escaping elimination last week, will the erratic Jake Ralph finally be able to get his head together and in the game? And will dirt tracker Brayden be able to keep up with his competitors on the road? Only two episodes remain, which rookie will go home? And which will be one step closer to $20,000 and the title of The Ultimate Rider?...

It’s the Grand Final of 2013’s The Ultimate Rider! After seven weeks of epic competition, only three rookies remain in the fight for the title of The Ultimate Rider, and the $20,000 dollar cash prize. But first the rookies will have to complete four timed laps of the entire road track. The fastest single lap time, will win. After a lucky last-minute pass in to the Grand Final, will Dirt tracker Brayden Elliott go all the way to the top? Will the intense Mat Berry finally get his chance to revive his career and follow in his famous uncle’s footsteps? Or will motor mouth Aaron Morris manage to maintain his consistent run and take out the top prize? There have been some incredible highs and gut wrenching lows throughout the competition.
