In this episode we meet Shane, the tough talking head coach who will guide our participants through a course designed to make them fight ready in 12 weeks. We have an ex Miss China whose scared she'll get her nose broken, a cocky actor who worries he might kill someone, a city boy who's never been in a fight before, a theatre producer who loves to perform, a pot-bellied entrepreneur and a fashion designer who calls herself a heartbreaker. They're all eager, ambitious and ready to fight. They are introduced to each other and have their first taste of sparing. Quickly they learn just how tough three roundsin the ring will be. They are pushed to their limits in physical tests, take their first blows and struggle to adapt to life in the gym. By the end of the episode they realise how far they are going to have to go to be picked for a fight. The reality of what they have entered in to sinks in....

In this episode, we see how the participants have come in the last few weeks. City boy has a constant black eye, our fashion designer has lost her confidence and Miss China is still finding it difficult to last three rounds of sparring. Everyone seems to be buckling down though and trying to make the mark in order to be picked for a fight.... everyone apart from Yes, our actor, who never seems to be able too find the time to get to the gym because he's too busy getting high at music festivals and doing acting gigs. We hit the six week mark... will they be allowed to fight? Have they done enough? Most make the mark, a few scrape through and Yes is told to buck his ideas up. The participants are matched up and are allowed to watch their opponents fight in an effort to come with the strategies. They pick fight names and push themselves even harder... even our actor tries toredeem himself. A trainer visits the group to help them build the mental strength required for boxing. He puts them through their paces and is impressed by the tenacious attitude of Nara, our ex Miss China, who passes out from exertion. Yes also proves he is mentally tough and if trained, would be formidable opponent....

In this episode, the final blow is dealt to Yes' fighting ambitions, as he lands a big jon and Shane reluctantly tells him he will not be allowed to fight. Robert, our theatre producer and Hai Hua, our entrepreneur, are in a race against time to match their weight so they will be able to compete against each other; Robert is desperately cutting down and running everywhere, whilst Hai Hua feasts on McDonalds and chocolate as he tries to pack on the weight. The participants head to the ring on fight night talking about their strategies, their fears and their desires to win. We watch them get pumped up as the audience files into the arena. Friends and family talk about the prospects of the fights and loved ones express concern but everyone is proud and supportive. The fights ensue. Miss World vs The Fashion Designer is a close call, but Ingrid, the small, but feisty fashion designer, manages to push Nara to the limits of her fitness by the end of round three. City boy, Pete, takes on a fit and athletic Duy and repeatedly gets thumped in the nose. Despite attempts to continue, the doctor stops him from continuing and he leaves the ring covered in blood and humiliated by his defeat. RObert manages to beat Hai Hua in a close match. Hai Hua never really lets loose, and ends up crying and scolding himself for letting down his friends and family. The participants reflect on their experience and what it has taught them about themselves....
