Twenty years ago, a child was secretly switched. The Mu family’s true young master, Shen Jibai, was cast out and grew up among ordinary people, living a poor and dangerous life. The false heiress, Mu Zhiyu, returns to the country as a top auctioneer, determined to take back the auction house from her stepmother, Xu Mingzhu.

Xu Mingzhu uses Shen Jibai to approach Mu Zhiyu, drawing the two of them into a vortex of power struggles. As they pull against each other within the schemes of the powerful family, they eventually join forces to seek revenge.
