When a hardworking nobody by the name of Zheng Daqian, whose career and romantic life just fell apart, received compensation as the land she lived on was acquired by the government, she decided to pack up and go back to her hometown. During her journey, a bolide appeared and a magnetic storm ensued. Mysteriously, she was teleported to a parallel universe.
