<창조101>은 여자 아이돌을 꿈꾸는 생기발랄한 연습생들의 무대와 매력들, 그리고 시련에 굴하지 않고 최선을 다하는 모습 등을 보여주고 있다. 프로그램은 101명의 연습생을 모아 스타 멘토단의 트레이닝을 받고 미션-트레이닝-테스트의 과정을
