<창조101>은 여자 아이돌을 꿈꾸는 생기발랄한 연습생들의 무대와 매력들, 그리고 시련에 굴하지 않고 최선을 다하는 모습 등을 보여주고 있다. 프로그램은 101명의 연습생을 모아 스타 멘토단의 트레이닝을 받고 미션-트레이닝-테스트의 과정을
거쳐 성장하는 과정을 보여주며 최종적으로 그룹을 이룰 11명의 연습생을 선발한다.

This is a female documentary talk show. Representative female celebrities who are 30+ will be invited here. We will talk about problems, realm and happiness they are facing. The lens will capture the guests' most real state, subtlest feelings, and most common knots, and record their truest values and attitudes about aging, middle-age crisis, career opportunities, marriage, fertility and other issues.
