Chen Xiaoqing, a documentary filmmaker, works on food documentaries and writing, searching for new flavors is his job. This program is the first time he goes in front of the camera to explore the stories behind the food with his own perspective. Chen travels to eight different regions in China, where he works with different guides to complete his own flavor journey. He believes that “food is not only delicious, but also a kind of adhesive that allows for more understanding and communication.”

Chasers of Light track and document the Guardian of Light's journey. The Alxa SEE Foundation has invited four Wajijiwa artist groups to explore Sanjiangyuan, the Daliang Mountains, Hainan, and Alxa. They will focus on four projects: protecting Sanjiangyuan, supporting Sichuan patrollers, marine conservation, and planting one hundred million saxaul trees. We aim to share these "lights", inspire others, and encourage everyone to become "chasers of light" and eventually "light" themselves.
