Tips on making it is; put the black glutinous rice in a pot of water until it boils. Once boiled, cover the pot and cook under low fire. Boil until the glutinous rice expand so that the rice won't become hard once sugar is inserted. You can add water if the porridge is too dry. Level of sugar can be adjusted to your liking. Serve dish with thick coconut milk or condensed milk.
