Their personalities are as opposite as the two poles, and the worlds they respectively belong to be perpetually at odds. Gener ( Eddie Garcia) is an accomplished policeman whose track record in solving crimes is exceptional, while Mando ( Willie Revillame ) is a slick con man who has a knack at wearing disguises. Their paths cross when Gener is assigned to go after Mando and he soon finds out that Mando is indeed hard to catch. But eventually, the veteran policeman prove to be more cunning than the street bandit. Gener then uses Mando to infiltrate a notorious syndicate. Now, the former enemies must join forces to topple a group that thrives in violence.

Subtly, he tries to send the ex-con away. But each time he tries to lose him, Waldo finds his way home. So, Waldo finally tells the story behind his incarceration and the great role of his former boss Douglas in setting him up. Soon after, they realize that Douglas is currently Billy's boss and that he is still into illegal activities. Now Billy and Waldo must know a way to expose Douglas and his men.
